post-weld pickling.
The adaptive laser beam shaping system further enhances performance: it
automatically adjusts beam mode between Gaussian and top-hat profiles based on
steel type and thickness. Gaussian mode is ideal for thin steel sheets (0.5-3mm)
to prevent burn-through, while top-hat mode ensures uniform energy distribution
for thick steel (3-15mm), resulting in weld seams with tensile strength
exceeding 90% of the base material. Additionally, the pulse-modulated welding
function controls heat input precisely, reducing steel deformation by 70%
