It is used for removing slag in steel and cement plant and protecting some important equipment like mill,muller and crusher.
Introduction:
RCDC series adds iron discharge unit which composes of driving motor, roll, stand and iron discharging belt with scraper on the basis of series RCDA(fan cooling type). During working , the iron discharge unit will auto throw away the iron materials which have been attracted onto the belt into the iron collecting box, you can remove them from the box manually with no need of cutting off the power.

Application
RCDC series of air-cooled dump electromagnetic Separators, in RCDA series of air-cooled Electromagnetic Separators suspended
on the basis of an increase of motor-driven,drum with the dumping of iron belt scraper such as the dumping of iron bodies.
In the course of their work unloading iron institutions will automatically bring dumping tin absorption of iron magnetic material
thrown outside the set Separators,no need to hand cleaning of cutting power in addition to automation.
In the iron and steel plants,cement plants and more for iron and slag in addition to the protection of roller press,vertical mill,
crusher,and other important equipment.
