1、 Description The physical basis of HECs type eddy current metal
separator is based on two important physical phenomena: an alternating magnetic
field which changes with time is always accompanied by an alternating electric
field; the current carrying conductor produces a magnetic field. Therefore, if
the conductor is exposed to the alternating magnetic field or the alternating
magnetic field formed by the rotation of the fixed magnetic field, the eddy
current perpendicular to the flux of the alternating magnetic field will be
generated in the conductor. On the other hand, the mirror image magnetic field
caused by the conductor eddy current, which is opposite to the induced magnetic
field, produces repulsive force on the conductor. For example, copper, aluminum,
etc. will leap forward along its transportation direction due to the repulsive
force of the magnetic field, so as to realize the separation from other
non-metallic materials and achieve the purpose of separation. The main
distinguishing criterion is the ratio value of the material conductivity and

makes the magnetic field stronger, action gradient larger and separation effect

be adjusted by the frequency conversion speed control device and the position of
