 1、 Description CTS type forward flow wet pre separator is suitable for the pre separation and cleaning of coarse-grained and strong magnetic materials with a wet ore size of 6-0mm, or for the removal of mixed strong magnetic minerals in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with high magnetic field strength, high magnetic field gradient, large working gap and high processing capacity. It can also work in series. The principle is that when the pulp enters into the magnetic field area, the strong magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the cylinder surface, the weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are washed out by water flow, and the magnetic minerals adsorbed on the cylinder surface rotate with the cylinder, and are brought out of the magnetic field area, and are flushed into the concentrate tank with washing water to complete the separation operation.
