This series of products are mainly suitable for all stages of the wet
magnetic separation process of iron ore. They have the characteristics of
reliable performance, high recovery rate and remarkable effect. The
optimized magnetic system design and unique process make them rank first in

Permanent magnet barrel magnetic separator is suitable for mining, coal
preparation plant and other units. It is used for wet separation of fine
particles of strong magnetic minerals in weak magnetic field or removal of
mixed strong magnetic minerals in non-magnetic minerals.
The machine has three kinds of grooves: semi-countercurrent groove (CTB),
downstream groove (CTS) and countercurrent groove (CTN), which are suitable
for different particle sizes and different separation processes. The product
features are: computer optimization design, reasonable magnetic circuit and
strict selection of high coercivity, high remanence permanent magnet, to
ensure that the magnetism does not decrease in a long time, to protect the
long-term interests of users, the overall structure is reliable and durable.
The magnetic field of CTS (N.B) series permanent magnet cylinder magnetic
separator is divided into rotary and fixed mechanisms. The fixed mechanism
is mainly suitable for wet separation of fine particles with weak magnetic
field or removal of strong magnetic minerals from non-magnetic minerals.
When the slurry is injected into the magnetic field area, the strong
magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder, while the
weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are separated and removed, and then
adsorbed on the cylinder. Strong magnetic minerals are brought out of the
magnetic field region as the cylinder rotates. Rotary type is suitable for
the drying of fine-grained strong (medium-strong) magnetic minerals. Because
of the effect of high-speed rotation, the number of magnetic rollover of
magnetic particles is much higher than that of ordinary magnetic separators.
This has significant effect on destroying magnetic agglomeration and
increasing ore-rich ratio. Minerals are separated into magnetic and
non-magnetic substances after separation, and the machine is suitable for
the removal of ore particles of 6-0 mm from their respective ore outlets.
