DEL(M) Series Belt Weighing Feeder Quantitative Feeder
DEL (M) series belt weighing feeder (adjustable speed or constant speed belt weigher) is a kind of continuous weighing for various bulk, granular, powdery materials, batch feeding, batch mixing and special use of dynamic measuring equipment. It is widely used in building materials, cement, chemical industry, coal, mining, ceramics, glass, metallurgy, grain, fertilizer, feed, port, power, coking, environmental protection and other industries.
Working principle
 The weight signal from the material on the belt and the speed signal of the belt running are transmitted to the microprocessor controller to automatically calculate the instantaneous flow rate of the material. By continuously comparing the set flow rate with the instantaneous flow rate of the actual material, the running speed of the belt can be adjusted, and the actual material flow rate can be maintained at the set flow rate.
