GZ Series Electromagnetic Vibration Feeder
GZ series electromagnetic vibration feeder is widely used in mining,
metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical industry, power,
cement, grain and other industries. It is used to feed bulk,
granular and powdery materials uniformly, continuously or
quantitatively from silos or funnels to feeding devices. For
example, feeding to conveyor, bucket elevator, screening
equipment, feeding to crusher, crusher, etc., as well as
automatic batching, quantitative packaging, etc., and can be
used in automatic control system to realize the automation of
production process.
Characteristics of GZ Series Electromagnetic Vibration Feeder
Electromagnetic vibration feeder is a new type of feeding
equipment. Compared with other feeding equipment, it has the
following characteristics:
1. Small size, light weight, simple structure, easy
installation, no rotating parts, no need for lubrication, easy
maintenance, low operating costs.
2. Electromagnetic vibration feeder uses the resonance principle
of mechanical vibration. The double mass works in the low
critical near resonance state, so it consumes less energy.
3. Because it can change and open and close material flow
instantaneously, the feeding quantity has higher accuracy.
4. The controller of electromagnetic vibration feeder adopts SCR half-wave
finishing circuit, which can steplessly adjust the feeding
quantity by adjusting the open angle of SCR, thus realizing
centralized control and automatic control of production process.
5. The material in the feeding trough is thrown up continuously
in the feeding process and jumps forward according to the
parabolic trajectory, so the wear of the feeding trough is less.
6. This series of electromagnetic vibration feeder is not
suitable for explosion-proof occasions.
