DZ Series Synchronous Inertial Motor Vibration Feeder
DZ series synchronous inertial motor vibration feeder uses
vibration motor as vibration power, and uses the inertia of
electric vibration to uniformly, quantitatively and
continuously feed material from the storage bin to the
receiving device. The machine has simple structure, light
weight, low cost, less energy consumption, low operating
cost of equipment, less lubrication points and vulnerable
parts, easy maintenance, material delivery in throwing
state, less wear on the bearing body, and can transport
polished materials.
[Working Principle and Application]
The working principle of the vibrating feeder is to force
the bearing body (conveyor trough body) to make simple
harmonic vibration in a certain direction or approximately
simple harmonic vibration by the vibrating motor. When the
acceleration of the vibration reaches a certain value, the
material will be thrown or slid continuously and slightly
along the direction of transportation in the bearing body,
so as to make the material move forward and realize the
purpose of conveying. DZ Series Synchronous Inertial Motor
Vibration Feeder is mainly used to transport loose bulk or
granular materials with horizontal or small inclination
angle, or powder materials with particle size greater than
74 microns. It is widely used in coal, power, ceramics,
metallurgy, chemical industry, grain processing and other
industries.
