HECS Eddy Current Metal Separator

 I. Explanation

The physical basis of HECS eddy current metal separator is based on two important physical phenomena: an alternating magnetic field always accompanies an alternating electric field, and a current-carrying conductor generates a magnetic field. Therefore, if the conductor is exposed to the alternating magnetic field or the alternating magnetic field formed by the rotation of the fixed magnetic field, the eddy current perpendicular to the flux of the alternating magnetic field will be generated in the conductor. On the other hand, the mirror magnetic field induced by the eddy current of the conductor, which is opposite to the induced magnetic field, produces repulsive force on the conductor. For example, copper and aluminium will leap forward along the direction of their transport due to the repulsive force of the magnetic field, so as to separate them from other non-metallic substances and achieve the purpose of sorting. The main criterion is the ratio of the conductivity and density of the material, and the ratio of the high value to the low value. Material is more easily separated. The conductor is separated from the material.

 II. Scope of application

HECS eddy current metal separator is mainly used to recover copper, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals from domestic garbage, industrial garbage, electronic waste treatment, glass fragments, waste plastic doors and windows, bottom ash of boilers, waste automobile slices. It can be widely used in environmental protection fields such as garbage disposal, waste electrical appliances recycling and material disposal in non-ferrous metal processing industry.  Three-structure Composition

HECS eddy current metal separator is composed of two parts: the main part of the separator and the control cabinet; the main part mainly includes assembly, driving motor, frame and cover. IV. CHARACTERISTICS

The magnetic system of_HECS eddy current metal separator is arranged by NN and SS phases, and NdFeB with high performance is used as magnetic material. The magnetic field intensity is higher, the action gradient is bigger and the separation effect is better. _The rotational speed of magnetic roll and the belt speed of separating belt can be adjusted according to the volume and conductivity of the selected material, and the position of separating plate can be adjusted by frequency conversion speed regulating device, so as to achieve better separating effect. The equipment has the advantages of simple operation and high automation. It has the functions of fault alarm, fault indication and fault start-stop. It can protect and repair the equipment in time.
