HCG Dry Preconcentrator
HCG dry preconcentrator is mainly designed for the
preconcentration of 5%-20% ultra-low grade, low grade
magnetite and dry powder ores, which can effectively
improve grinding grade, reduce mineral processing costs
and improve production efficiency.

the grade of refined and tailings, and can be widely

Based on the principle that magnetic materials can be
attracted by permanent magnets, a semi-circular magnetic
system with large magnetic field is designed inside the
drum through which the material flows. When the material
flows through the magnetic field area, the magnetic ore
is immediately captured by strong magnetic force and
adsorbed on the drum adsorption surface of the
semi-circular magnetic system. When the magnetic ore is
brought to the lower non-magnetic area, it falls to the
concentrate outlet and discharges under the action of
gravity. Non-magnetic ores or ores with lower iron grade
can flow freely through the magnetic field to the
tailings mouth under the action of gravity.
