Scope of application:
Quartz sand, plate sand, feldspar powder or ultra-fine
powder materials remove weak magnetic oxides, chip rust
and other pollutants.
Technical characteristics:
Simple connection: During operation, the main engine
vibrates. The input and output of raw materials can be
connected by an external takeover or canvas bag.
1 Removal of fine crops that are not easy to circulate:
Under the action of vibration motor, raw materials
smaller than 200 microns or with high humidity can pass
through the medium uniformly.
High-temperature material processing: Standard models
can handle raw materials with temperatures up to 70
degrees Celsius, while special models can handle raw
materials with higher temperatures.
Simple installation: As long as the bracket is safe and
correct, the equipment can be installed arbitrarily.
2 The cleaning of magnetic filter screen is convenient:
a tray is placed at the outlet of the material to
recover the separated material, and the power supply is
turned off to degauss the screen, so as to facilitate
the cleaning work.
Complete separation of iron powder and basic materials:
basic materials will never enter the separation box.
It has the function of real-time temperature monitoring
and automatic control. When the oil temperature rises to
the set value, the system will automatically alarm until
the shutdown, thus effectively avoiding the coil burning
due to excessive temperature rise.
3 Fully automatic type adopts PLC intelligent control,
automatically completes all actions such as excitation,
feeding, iron discharging, without manual operation,
reduces the operation cost of enterprises, effectively
avoids the artificial factors affecting iron removal
effect. The color touch screen sets parameters, touches
button operation and displays working status, and is
equipped with manual operation panel, which is advanced
in technology and humanized.
